Auto E-Mail
It becomes quite taxing when you are searching for your property everyday on the internet to see what new properties have come on the market or which properties have changed their price.
I will set up an Auto E-Mail listing for you where you can receive information on new properties that just came on the market or changes in price of an existing listing in your e-mail inbox.
Your Auto E-Mail will be set for a specific geographic area. Geographic areas can be specified for city, area, between streets, a radius from an origin, or an area to attend a specific public school. Other parameters are the usual number of bedroom/bathrooms, square footage, single family home/town house/condominium, or even specify properties with an "Ocean View." Frequency of Auto E-Mail can be set daily, weekly, or any interval you desire.

The Auto E-Mail has a list management feature where you can ADD TO FAVORITES the ones you would like me to show to you or DISCARD properties you are not interested. If you look at the L/S Price (List Price) column, you will see red down arrows on the properties where the price was recently lowered.

When you click on the check box on the right most column and select the MAP feature, you will see an interactive map of the property.
This Auto E-Mail is setup to find properties only in Torrance West High School and Torrance South High School areas.

When you click a property on the ML# column, you will see the full description of the property.

With one click on the OPEN ALL link above the photo, you will be able to see all the photos of the property.
